Fatal Accidents
In the year 2002 alone there were 5,524 workplace fatalities reported to the Government. From 1992 to 2002 there were 67,363 work related deaths reported to the government. If one were to combine the 5,524 workplace with the number of auto accidents related to alcohol, 17,419, this number would equal 22,943 fatal accidents, and this only considers two aspects of everyday life.
Fatal accidents are tragic events that often turn the victim's family's world upside down. Fatal accidents include car accidents, explosions, drowning cases, defective products cases, airplane accidents, medical malpractice, basic negligence and an exposure to toxic substances.
In the immediate aftermath of fatal accidents it may be understandably difficult to focus on things such as legal rights and lawsuits. You should try to remember that seeking compensation if it is due to you may help alleviate the financial burdens involved and allow you to spend more time concentrating on other, more important things.
